- 1 ½ cups (240g) semi sweet chocolate chips
- ¾ cup (165g) unsalted butter
- 3 large eggs (150g), room temperature
- ¾ cup (180g) light brown sugar
- ⅓ cup (75g) granulated sugar
- ½ cup (70g) all purpose flour
- ½ (5g) teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- 15 jumbo marshmallows

- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line mini muffin pans with liners.
